Assets

– A 650 m² modern-built farmhouse, fully operational, comprising four flats, a studio service flat, an office, hangars, two large internal courtyards and parking spaces.  The four fully furnished flats, can be rented individually: three of them have been registered with Gîtes de France (a seasonal short term rental organisation), and the fourth is used to house temporary/seasonal staff.

– A small 50 m² original partially refurbished stone building, currently used as storage.

– A 1000 m² glass and metal greenhouse, with 4 meter ceiling height, currently housing approximately 2000 young olive trees which will be used to extend the olive grove.
(These buildings could be extended, subject to planning permission, for further uses linked to agriculture or agriculture tourism only.)

– 122 hectares of fully-fenced land with approximately 7000 A.O.C. (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) Provence and AOP (Appellation d’Origine Protégée) Haute-Provence olive trees, planted in 2000/2002, 300 fruit trees, a PEFC quality certified forest (with hunting rights). Irrigation water from the Canal de Provence is also available.

  In addition to the buildings, many other assets are present, for example:

– Full farm equipment, including two tractors, light pickup truck, trailers, olive picking equipment, tools, etc…
– Five water retention basins, a 200 meter deep borehole, three wells, and onsite Canal de Provence water mains, which provides low cost irrigation water, on demand, if needed.  The irrigation system is fully automatic.
